TRG 91M is a nice, simple looking body that fits hardcase lipos well (thanks to its side pod shape). The TRG 94W looks a little nicer if you ask me, but lipos are an issue with that body shell it seems.

Here's my cherry red TRG 91M fitted with Tech Racing Type A front/rear wings...

Both of the TRG bodies mentioned fit well. I run a Yeah! 3200 lipo in mine. I centered the battery to the body and it just fits the MP4-7 shell.

I have it on pre-order, and i think it's the Mercedes Sauber C11 Group C body.
Did a quick visit on the Japanense Tamiya site and i see the Group C Sauber C11 is to be released again.

Then its not an F1 body. The first Sauber in F1 was the C12.

We run rubber tyres as they are more consistent on the track that we race at, and besides that, we couldn't be bothered with roll out and stuff...

im running venom 4000 lipos and the only issue i had was the case was a little too long. (needed to trim the plastic a bit to fit) and the deans plug is thick, so a decent location was needed.

funny on how tamiya is discontinuing parts on a chassis they are re-releasing....

How are people securing the battery on the 15th an.? Its quite the PIA to tape it in each time.

Also, has anyone tried to get the battery lower to lower CG? Right now I'm just taping it to the top plate, but I'm thinking of placing maybe 1/2" of hard foam in there to get it a little lower.

thx in advance.

Thanks.. i was thinking about the A arm assembly but i was worried that it might affect the steering.

I think i have just enough space on the back of the servo. I just to secure it with good tape.
