I TALKED TO RANDY MONDAY 11/15/2010 AND AFTER I ANSWERED HIS QUESTIONS AS TO WHAT I HAVE DONE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM HE SAID TO SEND IT IN FOR REPLACEMENT!

LOOK NEVER MIND I CAN'T KEEP REPEATING WHAT I HAVE SAID SEVERAL TIMES...IF TEKIN DOSEN'T CARE THAN I WILL GO TO SOMONE ELSES SPEEDO. I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO A TECH AND THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK.
i bought the system and that is all they care about.

Do you have any older firmware rev to try? If so, try downgrading the firmware and see if you still have the problem. I have several older versions if you don't have any.

Default tekin

Happy Holidays Tekin... you have the best speedo out there. I am the proud owner of 4 of them.. One of them is just in a backup car. They all v212 and are running great. Thanks for the awesome product and all the free updates.

I run 17.5 with an RS
8th scale tekin
and mod.

I just don't think it's worth all of this trouble anymore.Dealing with this has really taken the fun out of this hobby. things were easier when speedo's didn't have programable systems and brushless motors.

....but brushed motors and mega sized mosfet speed controls had their own set of problems, too.

I've owned RC cars since the early 80's. I'll take today over then any day.

Hello. I need to reverse my motor. I have endbelt timing +35 degress (novak motor). The question is if I should go to +25 degrees if I change motor direction or what to do with endbelt timing?
Anyway, the new feature - minimum brake and throttle makes motor more push if its higher right?
Thanks

sorry, dumbest comment i have read here in years.. brushed motors sucked and were a pain in the rear, and the speedos failed all the time.. some were even programable, but you had to know morse code practically to get the most out of them.. by the way if your email was rejected, get a real email account.. or get this... call them monday.. all else fails there are the other colored boxes, and whatever place is open after all the tekin guys finish their races.........

Your comment would be better if you had a clue as to what you are talking about.
