YOU WILL REALLY LIKE THE CAR...Thanks Doug |
What version would you recommend for carpet rubber? I will also run asphalt every once in a while but a majority of the time will be on carpet. I run a spool in my current setup.

YOU WILL REALLY LIKE THE CAR...Thanks Doug Doug, I would like to try that tip. Do you have a part # for the rear arms? And what's the difference between the fS and RS rear arms? Thank you in advance. |

Are the small spacers, in front and rear of the "rear uprights", for change the wheelbase, in the normal E4 is not possible to move the arms.
Greetings, Luis c. I ended up my troubles with swingshafts, put some V-one RRR front universal joints on E4 (both front and rear), harder and harder, now rarely pins are worn out or broke ! pic it later. |

Want to know if I can use Orion 30C lipo into E4? Does it fit?
|
Had my first race at the Sth East QLD Interclub champs here in Australia this past weekend. Running the E4FS-C1 with a guessed set up for the track (Outdoor- Asphalt - Rubber) I found myself straight on the pace, with a couple of small changes the car improved greatly.
In a very high quality field I Qualified -4th and Finished - 3rd I must say I am very impressed with this chassis and I am confident of some further good results. Very easy car to drive fast and I found no problems with the 3 belt design, in fact the car is probably one of the easiest I have had to work on. A pleasure to drive-----fast:spidey: Cheers Aaron |
Really a fast chassi, faster in turns than other available chassis in the market, as said, a pleasure to drive it !
the FS arms should be harder than others, like the whole car is ! I got an E4RS too, but still wondering where the hell is that R upright spacer meant on setup sheet ! |
I was wondering about the R upright spacer too.
I think it is refering to spacers that you can place where the rear uprights mount to the end of the lower arms. F-R would be forward and rear of the upright on the arms. Only a guess at this stage but maybe TM or Barry Baker can clear this one up. Cheers Aaron |
Hey guys!!!!
On the set up sheet its say R-Upright spacer...F___andR___...... Thats is the spacing between the arm and the upright as there is room to put spacers there...If you run all the spacers in the front of the arm it makes the car shorter and in the rear of the arm,longer....Middle is always a good place to start....I only change that if I feel I need a very small change... Hope that helped, Barry Baker |
