That is okay as I used the formula tonight on my offroad truck and multiplied it by Pie, and got the actual rollout that would let me triple a jump!

Hi guys, I just got an E4 RTR to get into electric racing and i must say, this car out of the box handles and drive like a dream , very impressive.

I have been racing Nitro for three years with the G4 family of cars and am now trying my hand an electric racing.

I have put a novak 10.5 brushless system in car am am trying various spur pinion combinations to find that sweet spot, currentlt running 110spur 40 pinion.

What Spur/Pinion combination you guys think would work best on this car.

Gearing depends on a lot of factors, track size, ESC profile, motor brand, driving style etc... 110/40 is a good starting point. Check lap times, feel/speed, and motor temps above all.

Part number for RS 009

Hello guys,

I broke the bumper post last time I ran my RS 009 and when I order the part "503145 Bumper Post Set", It is not the same part that came with the car and it doesn't quite fit properly. Does anyone know what the proper parts number for the RS 009 ?

Thx,
Eddie.

I take back what I said about the E4 shocks being OK to build. I had the cap strip off on and thought it was only the cap but the threads on the shock body are stripped also. Not cross threaded but stripped.

I ordered new caps and built the shock but the cap just spun without engaging the threads.

Time for some nice Tamiya or TC5 shocks.
