Well, I broke down and bought Mudvayne's car. Will be needing setup help on occasion, possibly frequently.

Well, I broke down and bought Mudvayne's car. Will be needing setup help on occasion, possibly frequently.

Good move Nut.

His current non-standard rear side spring setup makes the car easy to drive. It can be very fast given the right conditions. Something to try; but, my fastest carpet setup still has these springs in the conventional location.

No need for a new thread for each version name. This thread has covered the CRC Gen-X 10 cars from the very beginning. And, much of what has been said applies to the current version.

I don't know why but the new se car is fast! It carried more corner speed than my le. Good upgrade

Ps- someone with a weird name packaged my parts... "BW" (Big Wuss?)

More like "Big Winner" after taking the IIC and Halloween Classic with the new F1 car.

And not too bad with his WGT car at the Snowbirds. But, who's counting...

I need some help...I want my cars pod to stay planted as im on the throttle. Im running white side springs,20,000 in the tubes and 40wt shock doil with the green(will i think its green) center shock and 1mm pod droop.

Its not loose i just want the rear end to feel planted after the apex of corner. I feel like i can't get on the power. P.s Med to high bite carpet track 90x60.

You could try lighter oil in shock, a little stiffer side spring, thicker tube lube.
From my experience stiffening the side springs and tube lube put more pressure on the rear pod giving more rear traction.
