Did anyone else find they had to shim quite substantially the balldiff (54194) for sideplay? Mine has about 2mm of play.

Team Orion Rocket Pack in Stick config. they sell them in I believe 4000mah and up to 5k.

Picture of your M04's battery slot ?

I had to cut of some of the plastic in the corners. The car is still very stable and does not bend in the middle.How can you put pictures in the reply without attaching them? Attaching files is really problematic. It fails at the second picture! Thanks!

My battery is 26x48x138mm. The body on the car is a HPI Wheely King body.

Does anyone know if this is a good change for the car?(wouldnt say hop up because it replaces the whole chassis)

The guys at rcmini say it is the car the m05 should have been. I have heard it is better in every way to the m03/5. Go to http://www.rc-mini.net for a l review.

The Xevo is very good and I agree with the RC-mini-net comments. The car is very stable and I haven't had a traction roll with my Xevo. The rear end can slide a little but it is not uncontrollable. I have the 3Racing speed set in mine,which makes it substantially faster, does tend to mess up your braking points though. I have overshot a few corners with this car.

The review at rc-mini-net is worth a read as is the entire site for those just starting out with a mini.

Hi guys- dumb newb question from me: What is traction roll? Is that just when the car goes around a corner, and it rolls over off it's wheels? Or just that it is rolling (looking top heavy)? Or something else?

Traction roll happens with both TC and mini. It is where the car rolls going into a corner due to having too much grip.

The MO3 tended to have more of an issue with this than the MO5. A lot of time due to high ride height and not enough weight in the car.

Tamiya have not released a set and will most probably not. The adjustable arms everyione was referring to at the time was the rear set that has been released. People thought these were for the front.

If you want adjustable arms for the front then you will need to make them yourself or get them from 3Racing as a turnbuckle set.

The other option is to get fixed length arms in two lengths available for the front and rear made by Tobee Craft or Tech Racing.

I have not had problems using the standard front camber links on my MO5, fitted in the upper hole. If I place in the lower hole it wears the inside of the tyre out quickly.
