Yes. I upgraded to the aluminum one from 3 racing. I also literally coated all 3 gears in ceramic grease.

**the ff03 idler gear and the ta06 is the same part number, so I bought this one. It works fine and has held up great so far with no signs of wear on it or any wear on the other gears (because this is alum and those are plastic.)

Novak is the "local brand" that has great service and excellent prices, I used to run novak, but I recently went to speedpassion due to thier dominance in the racing scene. I havent looked at a novak since.

Oh, and Speedpassion is cheaper too...

I prefer quality over price. Sure, where it is made makes an impact, but If its cheaper, lighter and performs better, why not?

When Novak can produce something of SpeedPassion's quality, ill buy it.

BTW, My current ESC is a Tekin.

Default I am almost done !!

I ordered the parts below,

but for some reson they do not seem to fit with the factory plastic parts that get installed at the end of the arm axles?

I wonder if I need to purchase some other part or If I ordered the wrong part.

In regards to the universals, how are you guys liking the pro kit universals?
I presume that they are made out of steel? My feeling is that the alum. would be soft and wear quickly in racing?

Any help would be appreciated.

for it to work

the black ones last longer. the alum ones i have in the rear (alum) show minimal signs of wear and the fronts show none.

Thank you,

I assume the if I want to use these piece in the front I will have to do the same since the plastic pieces in the kit (for the front) have a small opening for only the shaft. (although from experience I would change the rear toe more then the front)

yes. However the item I linked has 8 pieces. Enough for the front and rear suspension.

Has anyone played with the roll center of the car? The kit came with the plastic spacers to be placed below the sus mounts, anyone played with them to see the effects?
