The Wires seem thin on this Mongoose. Are you guys sure this will be OK on a VTA ride?

Cool thanks. It just seems thin compared to the others. I guess its not drawing a whole lot.

Snoop, as previously mentioned in a report I posted about the mongoose, the small guage wires have proven to be no problem at all. On my TM E4, I had to extend the length and had planned to change the wires to 14 guage just so I could get everything looking better with no splices but to date I have left them be. So far so good and no temp problems.
LEGAL??
Is there any plan to make"THE EDGE" legal for VTA? It looks great and I need a little more room in the car, this would be the answer...

I have to add that I really like the piece. I like the cut of the heatsink and the small led's on the board, button on the main piece. I could go for a translucent orange one of these as well.

We estimate shipping these Edge controllers in August; once Rob gives the word, we can add them to our USVTA store section.
We will be discontinuing our Havoc 2S controller and the systems. The Japanese factory that fabricated the microprocessors we used in the H2S was badly damaged in the earthquake and can no longer mfg the micros. So we designed the Edge to combo up with motors for our more affordable systems.
We will be able to RMF returned Havoc 2S as long as we continue to receive them for exchange, so we can still offer RMF units to USVTA racers, but all combo prices will increase due to the neodymium motor issue.
