The weight might go that low....wow....so much for 5 cell slowing the cars down....now lighter weight and lipo voltage......we might need bodies with more downforce

It is supposed to make the rear roll more since the weight of the diff is now slightly higher.

Raising the rear diff makes the rear end a lot more loose especially on throttle. Dogbones always try to straighten up when running , so when those are angled they try to push rear tires to the track and give more grip. When you donīt have anything else to try to get more steering, then you may try to raise the diff. More grip is always more speed.

Nice write-up Ed! I found the same thing a couple of months ago when I managed to get hold of 4 mini scales. I had to drop 100 grams in weight after moving to a different state with different rules. I found the car to be slightly unbalanced after adding weight in front and behind the battery to reach 1425g. So if you are running less than that, then offsetting the battery is the way to go.
In time, we could be using saddle packs again, just like we did a decade ago. Now where is my Pro2...

Just a question on the split suspension blocks
Are you running them on both the FF and FR , RF and RR or only on one of them?
