Do you recall if it had to be the ss motor or if it could be any Novak motor?

Kutless, I was doing a little r/c spring cleaning and found a Novak 21.5 SS motor that has the sensor wire built-in/attached directly to the end bell. If you want it, I can send it your way if you want to test your speed control. I will send you a PM.

----------

Here are a few pics of the Novak 21.5 SS motor that I have. I confirmed it is still working today (5/29/2020) when attached to a Novak GTB speed control.

As you can see in the picture of the motor only, the outer covering of the sensor wire is pulling out of the sensor endbell of the motor. This was a common issue/failure point on these motors, You can also see that there is a bit of abrasion near the sensor plug that has exposed the shielded around the individual sensor cables. This could be repaired easily with some shrink wrap.

In case anyone is wondering, I removed the Novak stickers from the purple end bell as they were already peeling off from use. I am not sure if I ran this motor in USVTA (probable), but I'm sure that it was raced in USGT. I believe that it also may have been raced in RCGT, which was predecessor to the USGT class.
