hey

did any of you guyz change your bearings on you novak brushless because it was so loud???

what kind did you use?
and did it make it any faster?

haven't changed any bearings on my BL motor? BTW you can not change the bearing on the plastic end!

i reccomend (again) that you reach Novak Tech Support

the BL is as silent as it gets...
can creep up on unsuspecting cars n jus blast pass...haahhaaa

does anyone know anything about the new brushless comming out

does it use the same speed control???? (dearly hope so)

the full moded one

suppose to be as fast as a hacker except smoother

The only new BL motor I know is coming out soon is a "stock" version which is comparable to a well tuned Monster stock 27t. It does use the current esc from the faster Super Sport motor though.

compared to a hacker ? don't know about that ? never seen a hacker motor racing. But think they have a mod type one out???

I'm hoping a mod version is coming also.

As far as I know the Hacker Brushless is a fair bit faster than the Novak SS in its Unlimited Mode.
For me the SS provides plenty of power for my ability...

there is another brushless setup out soon from novak...
but it's for monster truck...

You can change the bearing on the back of brushless, just remove the 3 srews and slide the back plastic plate around to one side.

i cant believe i went thru the whole thread...
ijnek if ur seeing this please remember my BLSS is in ur hands...and i'm pretty desperate already!

if i'm reading this right,i should just start with a ratio of 7?
do i have to change ratios when i switch profiles?

start with the recommended ratio of 7.3
nope,u dun mind have 2 change the gear ratio with each change of esc profile.

The Novak SS is indeed good for practising lines.
I drive an 04pro on mid-big tracks, gearing upto 5.7...hardly break. Oh yeah, I am on stock mode.
