Brokomo'd a front stub axle last night during practice (hit a pipe while running the one-way) so still not enough track time for a rubber-on-carpet set up. At that point set up with CS-27 tires is both sway bars off, pink/white springs, all else kit set up. Never broke a stub before. It chipped where the cvd pin attaches. Anyone else had this problem?

I've broken a stub axle in the past, it was on a HPI back in the day though. Never seen it happen on a Yokomo, but it does remind me why I am going to use CVD's.

I got the Yoke Ti Screw set and I must say that it is relatively cheap for around $30. You get 87 screws (no not that kind, but fasteners) I think I'll only be using it where something needs to be bolted onto plastic and not aluminum.

Man this thread moves fast. I took one day off from posting...ONE DAY...and I had to go back a page and a half to catch up on the reading!

The oneway was supposed to hit the states yesterday, the hobby shops and distributors should hopefully be getting them this coming week

I'm planning on the titanium screw kit as well, does it replace every screw on the car?

Dang! I really wanted the diff screws in ti! j/k
I will be ordering that kit for sure, I remember the days of ti-scruz where you would pay $1-1.25 for each screw, and a set was around $80, I forked it out then, but dont have to fork out near as much now, happy about that.

I really wish the SoCal tracks supported 1/12 scale, I'd love to get the yokomo 1/12, looks like an awesome car.
