anyway, i tried using both upper holes on the front and rear, but i have difficulty getting the droop i want with the proper ride height.

any comments would be gladly appreciated. thanks - jason
The lower holes work better all the way around.

Highwayman: You're right! I'm also running a CGM and the manual did state that!

For the problem of setting droop, are your dampers too short?

Dear all, I also tried raising the roll centre by putting collars under all a-arms holders... (remember those unused collars came from the box?! )
The feeling is that the car seems to lose some traction... It should be good if traction is high, but the car will slide around if at the day of low traction!

Keep the chit chat over in the schumacher thread, we only talk about setups and helping other people with their SD's. Those guys are too uptight

You might have to experiment with long or short shock ends or unscrewing the short ends slightly to get the droop you want. It can get confusing with all the different spring lengths (rayspeed and stock ones) and shock bottoms (rayspeed lowered ones and the stock ones)

Yes, all the parts are the molded graphite parts in the CGM.

Just took some pics of my CGM in todays shape.
Rayspeed uperdeck is there because i want to see how it behaves ultrauperstiff, Xray has stiff chassis and says that's better, well the Xrays has nothing against this CGM-setup in stiffness.
Mounted my new Alu motor mount too, the Yokomo one. Pretty nice looking

I need a better cam

Hey, nice car Sparx ! I like the RS upper deck.

I wonder if I buy CGM kit and install the upper deck from SSG kit, is it possible ?

If you think CGM will not get tweak, all I say is "good luck".

When I had my CGM, I CAN twist the chassis by hand holding the car at both ends with my thumbs/palms at the shock towers even easier than the double deck version. However, it didn't "hold" the tweak after hitting the boards unlike the black/ssg. Since it has no top-deck, it just "springs" back into its original shape. Again, this is just MY observation. I think this is what people mean that it does not tweak as much.
