If you are asking how many are running the Type R at IIC, that would be three people. Mike, his brother Chris and myself. Yes, we are the minority, but the rest just don't realize how good the car is. I need to get to the track to try my rubber car since Mike gave me his last night and said copy my setup. Can you really argue with an A main guy, I think not.

Haynes is definitely dialed in at Vegas. Man on a mission.

I am in the same classes as Mike, but I am obviously not on the same level as him. I did manage to bump into the C main on my last round in Foam, but still stuck in the lower main for rubber. The cars are great, they just need a better driver. I only get to run on carpet once a year and it is this event. I am hearing I will have carpet this winter so hopefully I can do better next year at IIC. I did put Mikes rubber setup on my car and it is pretty easy to drive and he is TQ with that setup. I am running Jason's and Larrys foam setup from last year. I am having way better luck with it this year then I did last year. I still recommend this car to anyone now that I am learning so much more about it through those three guys. I am not sure what Mike is running for a foam setup but do know it is different from mine. Hopefully he will post them after this week is over.

Congratulations to Mike.
Does anyone know what type of cells is he using?

SMC Lipo's I believe is what he used. I wish I could have been there to see his main but I had to spend sometime with my wife. I appreciate Mikes help all week with my rubber car. I stuck with the foam setup I ran last year and that car was awesome, well at least for my level of driving. Thanks to Jason for that setup last year.

Thanks for the props, my rubber car felt good, wasn't that fastest by any means, but it was consistent and predictable all race. Foam may have been a better run if i hadn't had a bum start and dropped back in the pack.
Here are the setups i used this weekend.
