Anyone know of a company that makes some aluminum suspension parts for this car?

If you are looking for hubs and carriers, I don't think so. I think the plastic stuff is just fine as long as you are not hitting boards. If you get the aluminum stuff you will just end up breaking something else which could be worse.

I used to run anti-dive in the front on my fk05 to get rid of the rear wheel lifting... I think it removed off power steering and give more on power steering. Was that the same for the type R?
Do you run the metal tray in rubber as well?
Thanks and congrats!!!

J@une You are correct on the anti dive, there was a ton of traction there and most of the rubber cars were struggling to stop spinning out. Yea i was running lipo and used the steel tray.

So, no one is having issues with lipo packs rubbing against the layshaft pulleys? My Intellect 3800 is hitting both pulleys and I'd rather buy another pack than grind down the case on this one.

Wanna give props to Mike. Great job winning 13.5 Rubber @ the IIC!

I managed to get two trays, now I just need to make the switch to Lipo to use them.

Congrats Mike Haynes. Definitely well deserved.

Thanks guys, I found some posts reguarding the pulleys.

the design of the car is ideal for li-po but not li-po ready by no means, losi should update the car to make it more li-po friendly
