I don't know my right from my left. I had my steering knuckles backwards. That's why I had so much droop travel. I was thinking there was something not right with that. What a stupido. Thanks

It's easy to measure. Set your ride height. Say you want your ride height at 5mm. You want 2m over or 2mm downtravel. Place the car at 7mm after you have adjusted the ride height to 5mm. Don't adjust the springs to 7mm though, just put the car on the ride height gauge at that. Now adjust the droop screws so that the tires "just" touch the ground. That's 2mm over or 2mm downtravel.

In your setup you use 2-b for the rear link position. How do you get the ball cup to fit inside the wheel ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Ok guys I need help finding a setup.. here's what I'm going to be doing.
We have a 4 hour enduro coming up that our team is going to be running 13.5 or 17.5 foam. Three guys running one car for 4 hours. Track is 98X48 (Hobbyplex in Omaha) and don't know what the layout will be but usually for enduros they are not too technical. Traction should be low/medium. I know there is a bunch out there on the Associated site but we run mostly rubber tire here so haven't tried foam setups on my TC5 (original version). I've got a couple weeks to tweak it to our styles but could someone point me to a good easy to drive setup for us to start with. I suppose we would be considered intermediate drivers if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

I believe Josh is using the Losi JRX-S captured rod ends. They expose the top of the ball stud so you don't have to pop it off to make a change and provides clearance for inside the wheel.

I'm not too experienced w/ road racing, but I'm looking at a Factory Team TC5. They're $280 on Amain right now and I think there is a $25 coupon until the 9th.
What is the dimensions of the battery tray? What's the biggest Lipo battery you can run? I'm thinking of a castle creation setup, in there, perhaps something in the 6xxx kV range.
