You can get coutersunk washers from fastener-express.com along with screws in bulk.

Although you can't see the orange o-rings in that pic they are under the washers. It looks like he was using flat washers there.

That is a regular top deck. I have countersink washers upsidedown with the o-rings under. I also use countersind washer instead of just the FH screws into the topdeck because it tweaks better. Especially if something is slightly misaligned. You can still get the chassis to sit flat.

Thanks for clearing that up. If I do this mod to my other cars, should i just do the rear screw as well? How come the front ones are left out. Please help a newb out.

Pitch question...
Im having problems finding the correct gearing for my TC5. I had a 118 spur on there and was told I wanted a 5.0 final Drive, which would mean like a 47 pinion which wont fit....
So my question is what is the easiest combinations to get using 64 pitch and 48 pitch? I got hit in my first race with a TC car and it just destroyed my 118 spur so I went to a 114 spur. I was so off in gearing it wasnt even funny, I eventually ended up with a 114/40 pinion on my 10.5, which is stil not tall enough.........
Any ideas before I

i run a 100 spur, to get a 5.0 FDR you need a 40 pinion. which will work, because i have ran it. with the 100 spur i can run all with way up from 39 to 49 on the pinion with no problem. if you run 13.5 and 10.5 it seams to work out well. i have yet to run a 17.5 but will figure it out when i get one i guess.
