Yea I'm still running the Traxxas X-rings since last year, no issues and shocks still feel good. I usually do a shock rebuild and re-lube the rings about every 4-6wks when we can the track layout here. We run on small-medium track that can be high bite at times and running 21mm ride height and no issue with it. With the shock package and the Schelle chassis the car handles everything great, rough stuff, big jumps tight 180s

Longer ball studs as NV529 suggested and also try inserting 4mm long set screws in the unused camber holes- helps keep the ball ends from deforming the plastic bulkheads in a hit.

Ran this weekend with new motor after the rotor in the Savox 7.5 took a crap, not bad for full year of racing indoor and outdoors.
Figured time to throw a 6.5 motor in it and picked up a HW V10 6.5 motor and man has tons of rip, I wish I would have bought a 6.5 sooner, lol

I'm running Ty's Reedy setup and the car is a bit too aggressive off power steering. Any suggestions on what I can do to mellow it out, maybe gain a little longer power steering?

Had same issue..go to 60k in center diff, silver sway up front, move front up up 1mm via spacers, move rear shock in 1 hole on tower.

First time ever "offroad" club racing Friday night and only made it to lap 4 then got hit by another D413 coming off a jump I got a little sideways and hit head on at the rear wheel. Still stayed the whole night and had fun though !
Now to wait for rear aluminum hubs from somebody that makes some other good parts for the D413 ! Have 2 sets of stock replacements on the way until those are available.

I've just finished installing my new Schelle +4mm chassis kit. Still need to reinstall the electronics but it's nice that the kit includes a longer top deck, so it's a complete kit for significantly less than the HB +6mm chassis and new top front and rear deck. It looks super solid and very high quality. I'm sure the longer chassis will help the car fly a little more consistently and rotate just a little less.

I have the carbon Schelle chassis and so far one of the best upgrade for the D413. It handles the rough stuff awesome and flies great. Our track is medium sized with some tight 180s and does perfect handling those as well.
When I re-installed my electronics I put my ESC in the rear behind the motor, my RX up front same side as motor and then servo and TP in front of the battery. Also I run my battery in vey last hole so farthest back and the car is super dialed and planted.
