Still what made you go with the Avid? I like Avid products but have not has any issues from the VTS and like the fact I can use the stock AE gears.

i had the avid on a losi 22 sc kit i pulled it and put it on the b4.

So tried the ESC above the battery, oh man talk about more steering.. I almost have to much now. So if you are looking for more steering there is a way.

That is the same thing i have noticed with mine. However, after a couple days with it i am getting used to it. I can never have too much steering.

I can get aluminum 1/8"-1" thick and get them C&N machined but i need to know what thickness is about right.. And how many people would want one. And how much they are worth.

For those wanting to make a shelf out of carbon fiber I would recommend looking into this company. I bought a couple sheets back when I was making the +8mm chassis to use for bracing. They have a few different thicknesses available (I would recommend at least the 1.3mm) and reasonable pricing.

Above my knowledge level but I would take 4, my guess on price worth 10-15 each if they are bolt on, 20 bucks for carbon fiber, under 10 for plastic. Thinking out loud.

Well I will see if I can get like 20 made, and i will report back.. I think as long as I can mail them out in a envelope I should be able to do them for $5. I will report back for sure though.

Can someone list all the parts needed to convert the 4.1 to the 4.2; or at least point me in the right direction? Sorry, I thought I remember seeing it posted in this thread and I tried searching but no luck.

I would take a couple also. I like the idea of shorter motor wires and love the idea of more steering.
