You can get the springs from any of the big online places like A Main, or NitroHouse, but hopefully you have a local hobby shop that will be able to order them for you and that's what I like doing. Try to help these guys as much as possible. As far as the pistons that you are looking for I don't use them personally but you should be able to hunt them down and I'm sure the guys here that do use them will chime in. Good luck and welcome

Would an SMC servo horn work on the Tekno? Or do you need the teknO one?

I have a set of the rear arm mud guards that I would like to put on SCT410. I did a search and it looks like you have to trim the mud guard a bit so it doesn't rub the wheel.

Does anyone know how much needs to be trimmed off the mud guard so it doesn't rub the wheel?

Also, what size screw is needed for the mud guards? 3mm X ?

Thanks guys!
Eddy

Page 1 of the thread lists which servo horns will work on the truck, other than the Tekno horn. I went ahead and shelled out for the Tekno horn - it's nice!!!!

Ran my new tekno for the first time on Sat. This truck is fast! Ran it box stock with the kit setup. Went consistently 1/2 to 1 lap faster than in my old losi. TQ'd in my class even after having to maneuvering through traffic the first 2 minutes of the race. Won the A main. Even the track owner, who is not easily impressed, said it was too fast.

Also figured I would share my latest experience with sc bodies this time it's a jc hi flow that I heavily vented and I am very very happy with the results. This will be the body I use from now on it had withstood lots of abuse and flows better than any other body. I know this much venting isn't roar legal. I know it seems like it wouldn't hold up with this much cut out but I have been pleasantly surprised its very durable.
