I guess I should have realized when a brand says they are the "Luxury Brand" that means you are going to spend every time you want to make an adjustment.
My B6.1 has two sets of holes at different depths, but not the multiple holes that TLR is using. Maybe AE is paying a royalty?

How is the outer cvd pin captured on the XB4? If it’s retained by the inner bearing in the hub, the B6.1 stub axle may work. I can get some dimensions if you guys think it’ll work.

Zipperfoot, there are another set of pills in the rear hubs. The outward adjustment at the inner pivot can be offset by an adjustment at the hub pill. I realize this deviates from Ty’s setup, but it does give you access to the wider pivot adjustment.

Just picked up my first Xray, a used 2015 with some 2016 parts and starting to learn more about the chassis. How significant -generally- are changes year to year? Based on the old website pages it seems like there's a lot of tweaks but it's hard for me to understand what might be a change to a part that makes it unusable for an older chassis. Also are there certain years where the update was more significant than others?

I'm looking for a pair of aluminum uprights for 2019 and newer xb4, xb2, xt2, xt4. The xray part number is xra323355. All of the online sites are out of stock so any info will be helpful. Thanks.

19 Xb4 here. Are there posts to run a LCG battery or what are you guys doing for that? I would prefer not to tape the battery in.

Thanks

I double side taped a foam pad under the battery hold down. Works fine. Or you can shorten the posts with a dremel.

Can anyone comment on the 20 vs the 19 on carpet? Had an 18 that I sold and I'm getting ansty waiting on the 20, I may just pull the trigger on a new 19 at a steep discount soon.

The 18 was so good and not a lot changed on the 19...I can't imagine the 20 is a huge change
