xb4 '15. Can't seem to find anything about this problem, when I have the short bushings in the top position in the steering blocks, the arm that goes to the steering rod is hitting the lower arm, is this something that anyone else has encountered or have I done something wrong? I have switched the blocks around but I figured it would make no difference as they are identical.

I am mostly using B5 Rims allover my cars. Can I use Xray 365353 for all tires and use all my standard rims/wheels? Or would I mess up something? (I am asking, because my local hobby shop just has the standard Xray 12mm hexes and none of the Exotek. I'd have to order them seperately and pay another 7$ in shipping...

As stated here I would have +1mm allover (which I do not want to have?)? Or 1mm less?

no dont drill anything. the 1258 fits just fine in all the xb4's I have all 3 of them and have used the 1258 in all mine. If the holes are not lining up just loose the 2 screw on each side of the servo so that the holes on the chassis line up then tighten them down. trust me it fits prefect

I have Xray xb4 2016 version.

I'm using DE Racing Borrego ZX5 wheels with 12MM hexes (5mm wide in front and 7mm wide in rear). I noticed my rear shock ball ends have a groove worn into them (on the underside of the suspension arm) and the inside edge of my rear wheels is black from rubbing against the ball ends. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for the input. I went ahead and ordered the floating servo mount so I hope it won't be an issue now

yeah i had the floating mount on my 15 and now on my 16spec. it will work the same way with the 1258 servo and the floating mount.

Are the 363352/363351 rear uprights the same geometry as the 2016 363353 uprights aside from the vertical ball stud? Xray lists them as an option part for both the 2015 & 2016, but the stock hubs are different between those models.

I haven't got mine yet. Am I correct in saying that the mount is held to the chassis on one side...towards the center of the car and not on the outside? Hence the floating servo.

yes, it uses 3 screws on the middle of the chassis and none on the side. If you are using that then I hope you are using the medium side guards and medium chassis braces. plus the steering x brace as that way you really get the most out of the floating mount.

Ok here is a pic of what I am talking about. I have the thicker bushes in at the top here and you can see it is already close, if I have the thinner ones up top then it hits the arm. Surely this cannot be right?

on your XB4's shocks curious if most racers use stock xray pistons or go with aftermarket like Schelle?

are the Xb2 shocks same?

On my 2014 and 15 cars I only used schelle or avid. The 16 pistons fit better so I've been switching back and forth between stock and Schelle.
