What tire and compound.?

That's one of those must have's if you own a 44... That comes from running one class and getting real bored between rounds... Let me know if you need any measurements.

FYI on the ballcups... The ones in the kit are not the same as the ones you can buy seperately!!! It's only $5, put a set on and see how many you have problems with then.

The diff tool is neat. I never pop my cups off either to adjust any diff.. I just remove the 2-56 capture screw on the arm and pop out that side intact.

Your going to have to give a set up then. I'm assuming M4 is soft? I don't know those tires at all. Start with oils and pistons and if your running drag brake.? I can say this my kit will turn on command. No drag brake absolutely no lack of steering at all. You could try different tires. His set up weight or just out right kit could be an attribute to the tire. Inserts are a good thing to consider. Are you running the same?

I'm gonna buy some. I would much rather run the AE if they are to good ones.

My 44.1 and 44.2 have a ton of steering especially low speed and tight. I never run the ballast either. Only a 1/2 oz between the cells and a really soft rear spring.

What diff tool? Find that adjusting this diff makes me have to pop cups more frequently than I would like. Guess pulling the lower outside pin would prevent having to pop cups... didn't think of that... but still interested in the diff tool you speak of

I tried 25g this week. It was pretty good. I don't run weight either. Normally. I run a Red front and green rear. That sucker will flat out turn. Even with the 25g He may have a slow servo??

I never pop a cup for an adjustment or when breaking in my diffs in any car. Just pull the hinge pin out.

Qualified 3rd .

in ft of all our B44.2's ..
1st & 2nd got 23 lap 6:12. I got 23 6:13...

There were 2 mains

1st one was in 2nd with lots of crush & slapped a little on landing.
ESC switch turned off somehow .

2nd Main cracked a ft arm on warm up & it fell off 6 laps into the heat..

Love this machine , had a blast with that qualifing run ..
Was a dream come true the whole 6 min ....

I wondered what happened - saw you had qualified pretty well. What's up with breaking a-arms!?!?

Sounds like they need faster motors.. Check this 44 out, I sold him a set of .2 battery holders and he put them on his 44.
