Did anyone else find that with the mid motor weight kit the rear sway bar mount won't go on? I got the dremel onto mine to get it to fit but just wondered if that was what everyone else was doing?

I am running the R10 Pro so I should be good.

These PRO2 motors sound like fun, I run a 17.5 blinky class. I wonder if one of these would work? Which one would be close to that size?

Pro-2 motors are all 4 pole and "modified" class. You could not run any of those in a "stock" class where you have to run a 2 pole motor with a specific wind to be "legal"

Same kit just a lot cheaper. Still one of the best products losi TLR has ever made and still a winner on the track. I'm sure there will be a version 2 but I am very happy with version 1.

Anybody got a part # for the o-ring that goes inside the aluminum shock collar?
Or can you just get the oring or do you have to buy the collar too?

I was debating getting the Pro 2 or a regular 2 pole 6.5 for MM mod. I'm game to try one if I can find an esc small enough to power this thing. i don't wanna rock a big-@$$ RX8 for this truck.

Does anyone know what gearing to use for the 5100kv version of the Pro 2?

I used a 16/81 with the 5100 in my SC10. I have a RevTeck 12S 4600 in my 22SCT now with 17/84 and a HUGE Tekin RX8 Gen2. Wish Tekin would release the RSX, then it and a 5800 Pro2 will be in. The Avid slipper with red pads is CRAZY

The Orion R10 Pro 2/3 s version is rated at 160 amps. Many people use it in 4 wd short course trucks with no problems. I myself switched from the RS Pro to the R10 Pro in all 4 of my cars. It is an incredibly smooth esc when compared to the RS Pro. As I understand, the R10 is based on a Hobby Wing esc, so if you are on a budget, you could buy the HW version.
