I do not feel like the big bores were worth the cost. I would convert to BB springs and run it that way

On outdoor tracks that get very bumpy and rutted, the big bores are worth it. If you run on a smooth indoor clay track, it's probably not quite as worth it. |
heavy. you run outdoors on a looser setup right? I am going to give the sc10 one more go. I think I found my issue. what setup are you running? or were you running before BB?

I need some motor advice on running 1/8th scale long track. What size motor for open class? The laps are 45 secs. I am thinking 7.5-9.5?
|
Mwahahahah!!!! Power!!! Go for the 7.5 if you have a choice.

SCB arms and tower
For those of you who were lucky enough to get your hands on the arms and tower...how does your sc10 drive compared to stock setup?
|
Im either gonna buy the new SC10.2 when it comes out, or upgrade my old one.

DE Racing Borrego Wheels
Do any of you use the DE Racing Borrego wheels?
If so, do you like them? If not, why not? |

Well since your saying that I dont really need the big bores.
The track I'll be racing on has alot of table-top jumps. The stock SC10 shocks that come with the factory team kit are better than the older ones that you had to do the "SNAP" thing with. Obviously the BB help with very bumpy tracks or tracks with big air jumps. They're more consistent and plush feeling. They keep it more settled feeling vs a little nervous. The old click type shocks and the v2 design performance is the same. Maintenance and bleeding is just easier on the v2. |
I put the integy steering rack and the integy front c hubs on my sc10 today, I was jw if there is anything else I should be needing in the future, I did the c hubs and steering rack cause that is the only two things that were goin out on me.
