Ran the kit first time yesterday. This thing is hooked up. Only thing I don't like is front driveline bends and just barley rubs battery case.

The slight rub will never cause an issue. I have had mine since the first batch was released and run an average of 7-10 packs a weekend through it. There are two marks on the shaft where it has rubbed, but it hasn't eaten into the plastic at all and the shaft is not wearing thin.

thanks for the info.

Will removing the rear brace or center brace bend the chassis under normal racing conditions?

Nope. Always leave the front in, but the other can be left out with no problems at all.

It seems leaving those out is fairly recommended. I think I'll give it a go.

Hi all

I have contacted FTW about a body for eb48 their reply, its on their to do list
But can't say when target date is so I guess we all have to wait

Also spoke to TEKIN for all you fans of the rx8 they do have a new 1/8 esc in the works and will be launched later in the year

FTW said they had a lot of request and they were going to do one, but had several others to finish up first.

A major tire and body manufacturer currently has Barry Baker's buggy and is making a body and looking into other items. Look for something in the near future.

I hope the EB48 gets "finnished", that's the only thing holding me back from getting this buggy.
