I've got 3/4 oz in the front and alot more than the standard 1.5 oz in the rear (more like 2.5-3oz, Ihaven't added it up) all due to changing to lipos. I know when there is too much on the front but w/ what I've added to the rear it's nice and balanced. I also have it balanced well from left to right. I'm running the orion 3200 (200grams) and was running Ib4200s(450grams!!) so I dropped 250grams. some are adding exactly all the weight they dropped when going to lipos but I feel you don't get all the advantages of the lipo packs if you do. With the lighter pack I really had to loosen up the car to get the weight moving around.

Link to my setup sheet for my T4. ..by B4 is similar but not posted. I put in there where and how much lead I've added. I'm also running an alumium motor guard that adds 1/4 oz over the stock/plastic guard.

Just curious what pinion and spur combo do you all run with a 10t or 12t brushed motor?

Do you mean Battery bar or battery balast? The most you can gain from changing battery bars is adding 15g. Balast, the sky is the limit.

No sure, it will be the first car I have ever added weight to. How about both.

Much appreciated.

For the rear you need to get the ones labeled as tc4. They are a bit shorter. Buy a bag of each and you got enough for the truck and buggy.

I did use the aluminum shock tower bushings before but they wear out too fast (eyelet slop) to my liking, hence, I felt they had poor value (cost/performance ratio).

I went back to using plastic bushings. They are much cheaper and faster to replace than the aluminum ones.

Ran my T4 for the first time last night and the first time ever with Lipos and BL. Unfotunately it was a load!. What are you guys doing that are running the lipos and not adding all of the weight back doing to compensate. It was just way to loose, both on and off throttle. It is basically the same setup as i see everyone else running with the exception of using the GT2 ront end. I think i remember seeing that the shock tower has a lower inner camber link mounting point. Is that going to give more or less sterring?
