I'm with you NitroFreck. Some people are just to fussy. If your having trouble bleeding shocks I would suggest that you change the method that you use or your caps need to be replaced. The shocks are fine, they may not be the best but they are far from the worst.
It's not like AE has re-invented the shock with there new design. What people don't understand is that you just don't go changing things all the time. It upsets both the consumers, shops and the manufacturers if you do that. How are to sell older versions of kits and parts. Then there are instruction to change and there is bound to be someone out there that turns around and says thats not the picture on the side of the box.
I know that I'll be buying a SC10 FT just to strip it of all the new parts.
Unless there is a New T4 V2 due soon....

There are a group of charts where the oils were measured with a Rheometer. The AE stuff is slightly thinner.
I'm pretty upset that I just spent money on the old FT T4 shocks for a SC10 I'm building.

AE is slightly thinner by weight. Look at the charts a few pages down on this site:

You probably did read that, many have had first hand experience of the AE oils resulting in heavier damping by weight (Opposite of what those charts indicate). It would be interesting if whoever did those tests to perform updated tests on different batches to see how much the standards fluctuate.
those look exactly like my yokomo shocks.way better quality than my b4 shocks by far!!
same quality bro.
and congrats on bitching about buying shocks and something new and exciting comes out, exactly the reason AE doesnt want people to know about "new trick" stuff till its ready to go to the shop.
oh well im excited about the shocks.
