Alum steering servo horn is a bit tricky but with a countersunk washer and a couple of the serpet conical washers i got an alum horn to bolt up. I have about 6 hours into it and here's what it looks like. Just shocks and electronics left. Work of art is right. One pleased racer here. Have to get it dirty on sat.

Racers Edge horns work, Frank L shows how to do it. Play with the servo spacing on the mount to make sure it clears the radio tray and clears the front chassis brace when its installed. Put one on mine, works good.

You actually got yours to work? I tried multiple configurations and it would always bind so I ended up running the stock plastic setup.

Seems to be working good so far. I used a non-nyloc nut and ground it down some so it would easily clear the servo and radio tray. I didn't put any washers under the arm on the servo, like it appears you did in those pics. Used plenty of locktight on the screw into the arm and the nut. I run on a VERY tight medium to high grip indoor track, so I need every little bit of steering I can get.

I know, I know. I just spent way more then I should on this charger project I'm working on. It's the mother of all charger units. I'm talking a 2000w charging system. LOL.. So Im trying (not very good at it) not to spend too much more.

Aluminum front shock tower, for durability. Tuning parts like shock pistons, shock springs, webbed shock bladders, Option 1 and 2 akerman bars, 12 deg. caster blocks, and sway bars. Aluminum servo arm to replace the stock plastic one. Hard servo saver spring.

I haven't even used the low rear roll center toe in plate yet. Anything else you'd want would be bling or weight reduction, like hard anodized shock caps, Ti tie rods, LW hubs/wheel nuts, Ti upper shock mounts, etc.
