CSI said in the thread they have on here that they have been discontinued due to supply and demand.
My understanding is that not all 16mm pistons are the same, it all depends on the shock shaft size. But the one that fits our serpent and a few other buggies is no longer being made. They say when existing stock is gone that is it....
I may need to pick some up, the red look interesting, and they say work very well outdoor, but use weird oils, like 70-100wt

An exciting 811e experience I just got the video of.
11 lead changes in 7min.

Maybe it is coming from onroad, but a clean pass is doing it without contact, not wrecking the other driver then taking off.
The track looks awesome though and I am jealous for that level of traction.

Open wheel racing either exemplifies good driving, or is a downright nasty game of tag. This race had a balance (onroad is always cleaner cause grip is more predictable). My patience was being tested, but calm and cool always finishes better. The worst part about this experience was being accused of a last 'dirty pass' (I was the gold buggy finishing 1st and the vid shows me avoiding a loose tail). How you lose is just as crucial as how you win. I did tag one driver intentionally right after he took me out and he understood without a word exchange (sure beat yelling on the stand).
There were still a few decent passes made......(I was that guy driving off the track or upside down, or stuck on a mound...).

That was an A main from a Jconcepts Supercup event last year. The track is SCRC (Space Coast RC) in Cocoa Florida. Cool facility that I don't get up to enough. It's a little small for full blown 1/8th racing but a great track non the less

Do suppose the SC4x4 main was cleaner on that day, but I didn't think as exciting due to less lead changes...... When there's dirty racing we have the choice to yell, get immediate payback so the driver knows not to go there again w/you, or act as if nothing happened. We still need to finish the race so giving up or walking off the stand is never an option to me (I lose respect for folks who do that, especially when it's just because they aren't doing well). But the announcer holds a lot of responsibility to call-out dirty racing and that's no easy task.
