Run 6 packs today and my setup are still not perfect,
Front
50wt
Sway bar 2.5 mm
3 turns on my suspension
5 mm on the outer ball
-1 on camber
Diff 30000

Rear
40wt
Sway bar 2 mm
3 turns on suspension
4 mm on outer ball
-3 on camber
Diff 5000

Tires subculture super soft
Castle creation combo 3800 kv
Gearing 16/62
TrCkstar o ring on suspensions

Track clay dusty very long, outside

No problem of over heat, flying wheel, acceleration amazing, top speed perfect.

The problem is my rear is not stable at all, my T4 is better!

I didn t think about slipper because 4x4 but maybe this is the solution...
I have outer pad HD and 3.5 mm like say the manual. Maybe my slipper is too tight....

Help me guys because I have no more idea

Go up in rear diff oil weight. I'm running 50K front and 10K rear and it powers out of the corners great. Also, don't run any spacers under the rear ballstud and use the inner hole on the bulkhead and middle hole on the rear hub.

Can you define and be more specific when you say not stable?

I'd keep the washer/spacers the same size all around unless you tested that combo out.

I would ditch the the rear outer ball shims and try your truck without the sway bars. I am running 50k front, stock shocks w 40 wt oil, and 5k rear w D8 shocks no sway bars, and its super stable. This truck likes to be driven smooth, especially off power while turning. What is your rear ride height? Drop your ride height and go from there. Get help and compare setups with a fellow sc10 driver from your track....

Default temps down

I final got my motor temp down ..
OK so i run small indoor tracks (streamwood RC raceway-time warp l.i.t.h)
h.t. slipper pad
v2 slipper outer clamp (with washer to help compress spring more)
tekno 12mm hexes (must have IMO stock was rubbing barrings )
11/62 geared (might go back to 12)
temps never got passed 160* and i was practicing running full packs back to back taking maybe 5 min breaks between packs

This looks cool.
I did more work on this. Version 4 is now ready for sale. It allows you to run two slipper pads for the rear, instead of one. You will have to modify your gear cover,,, heat gun and a dremel. NOT reccomended for use with 48 pitch gears. It did cause an idler gear to strip out in the rear tranny.

Default TQ and 2nd Place Finish (Darn Lappers...)

Pulled out TQ and 2nd Place finish with the SC10 4WD. Truck was great and handled all the power I could toss at it. This truck needs to be drove more like a 2wd rather than a traditional 4WD. It is crazy fast with some work on the setup for your conditions.

The more time I spend with the truck the more I like it!

I ll going to try that for my diffs but I m not sure for the rear, go higher and the diff will be more tight

To define, it s like a 2 wd with slipper and diff to tight, so go higher for rear diff ( actually 5000 wt) is not a good idea.
Nobody answer about a slipper too tight....Maybe I can gomlittle bit looser on it ( 3.5 mm actually).

go to 3000 rear wt and try that. Still not sure what you mean by diff too tight, I always run a tight slipper. I think also your suspension might be too stiff which might be kicking out the rear as well.

hope you figure it out.

When diff is too tight, wheels want to turn at same speed so wheels slippe a lot for the rear. For the front, you reduce the sterring.
For suspension, i tried already 35-30 and 37.5-35 and 50-40 and always the same problem.
Ride height is 26 front and 24 rear.

ok so lighter diff fluid will definitely help. go 3 k for sure

if your looking for more rear traction I think stock 25 wt oil would be best.

my rear diff is so loose I'm thinking about going up in wt oil. I def have to up in the front, the front end is crazy .
