SC10 4x4 Thread
I find the faster acting suspension keeps the tires on the ground better,
Hasn't been an issue for me. Though, I live by " you cant make power if the wheels arent on the ground" so I keep my ramp to ramp transitions as smooth as possible and my ramp to flats as low as possible.

Will add this setup to my binder
I did many times. I've tried everything in the centre slip/diff department.
I found it unreliable. My best most consistent days were with the exo locked hub and garo for the rear.
Here's the results for the last race. Click over to the second page for 4x4 shortcourse A-main.
We're only a few seconds from ebuggy

This is the track I run on. Shot this on a rainy day.

Saddle packs in center chassis configuration. Though, a stick pack down the middle could be killer. Maybe exotek will make a chassis that can do that?

Or should I say center or cradle form.. Or is it just play around for best setup?
Is there an advantage to saddle pack batteries than stick packs? I'm thinking about the Orion saddle 5500mah 90c battery for my sc10

Me personally I found that the car felt better around the track with the saddle packs down the middle. Disadvantage, if you have a track that can be brutal on runtime, you may find the benefits get outweighed because of this. You can however look into a center stick pack setup as well.
Anyone know the difference between part # 91174 and #91174P
descriptions appear to be the same but one is more expensive?

Nice times.. Your not just beating the other guys your crushing them!
Track looks like much fun. Glad to see not everyone is struggling with this truck.
I run 10min mains on 5000mah saddle packs, and put 4000-4100mah back into them. It's all about being efficeint with this truck.
