ok, i'm sold..
4600 4pole and other parts in the FS section... got to get 3s.. Still shocked at your gearing.. your one tooth higher than i ran my 3800 on 2s..

i was running a 16t pinion in the vid, i was doing speed runs on road earlier and couldnt be bothered to change back down to the 14t, temps were a little warm, but nothing crazy

i may try a 14t with the 4600 later today.. My temps with 13 where averaging 100 but it is 40 degrees outside.

picked up a small 3s tonight. 4k-20c. Ran it on the 3800 and mmp.
Yep that's what i was looking for. Great speed and tons of power! Selling the Tenshock and a couple of other items so i can get another 3s!!!

Did some 3s runs geared 14-42 with 3500 velineon, gps it ran 45mph. Vid coming soon.

I also had this motor.(before novak)
Never use a 3s lipo.It overheats very quickly.On 2s is fine.

You can also check the Turnigy 4 pole motors.They are also great(tested by me - higher torque than most motors of the same size/540L).
