Default STRC cv shafts for Hyper 10sc

STRC has just released a heat treated carbon steel cv shaft for the Hyper 10sc and Hyper TT. These cv bones work with existing Hyper 10SC/TT Axles and joints and should be much more durable than the original cv shafts.

Any plans for a set with axles included? I am sure for everyone that already has bent bones all around these hardened bones are great, but I am waiting on my truck in the mail and I would rather not buy 2 pairs of bones and a pair of CVDs for the rear.

What he said.

Bones and upgraded tougher stub axles, I'd buy two sets right now.

Default TT

Yosh 70

I always give 140 as a max due to a slight fluxation in temp guns and I would feel bad if I said 170 and someone burned up a motor using that number. I've also found that power starts to drop off after 145-150 on motors...and it can't be good for longevity.

Hyper..

I don't think we'll be back till March..just too much going on right now. Then again you never know. When will the next track change be? Not being regulars it's nice to travel in on a fresh track. Come race with US at RACEWORLD this Sunday. I've been talking to TAZZ and trying to get him there. We have 3 titty twisters. Great track and warm everywhere.

A quick update on my set up. I have the rear shock in the upper outer hole and middle on the arm. I had to use the upper holes on the tower to get the dog bones level. Front shocks are middle tower and inside on arm. ream camber links are bottom hole on inside and outside on rear hub.

I am not aware of any other upgrades right now.

As for the questions regarding the dog bones and axles there are currently no upgrades for these parts.

The STRC cv shaft is a replacement for the stock cv shaft only and still uses the stock cv axle and cv joint hardware (pin and barrel)

I love the TT I would buy one if they didn't break every time I watch them
race at the tracks I race at.

They all have switched to SC10 front bumpers because stock ones break in
the first 5 minutes of racing. The rear axle stubs snap like pop corn. The
plastic seems to break if you look at them sideways. The guys that win are
the guys that get lucky and don't break.

What is the list of things you need to change to not have these truggies
break all the time???

Thanks
