The search function has always seemed adequate to me but I'm a computer nerd. For folks who don't do a lot of messing around on a computer it might seem pretty clunky.

Hey I have just a quick question I have the RTR electronics I am putting in one of my other vechiles and I was just wondering how do you know what plug goes to what color? If someone could help me with that I would appreciate it.

You don't. Three choices: you mark which ones go where, you have another one with wires plugged in, or I think the manual might tell you.

on the sensorless esc you just plug them in and see if its running either forward or backward when you hit the throttle and if it goes backward when you hit the throttle swap two of the wire around and that should do it but if its going forward at first then your good (sensorless esc's you don't have to worry about plugging them in the wrong way just because it does like what a brushed motor does it runs backwards if the wrong way)

Oh ok sweet thats great to know.. So I just plugged in a battery and everything set up.. When I plug in that ESC it just flashes green.. When I do the full throttle then turn ESC on it just starts up like it wants to then starts green flashing.. Any ideas... I am just using the RTR remote for test purposes if that helps any.

jus try swapping two of the plugs for the motor or u may have the wire that goes to the receiver backwards

You have to re-program it. Full throttle before you turn it on, turn it on, then it will make some sounds, then go neutral, it will make some sounds, then go full brake. As soon as it makes the sounds after that, turn it off.

Are doing BB Velvets still a good investment? If so, I'm assuming Losi BB springs work?

The springs are totally worth it. Made my car tons more consistant when I put them on. I have been really liking yellow fronts pretty much everywhere and white rears for the most part and sometimes yellow if it's kinda high bite.
