everything else is FT set-up

the problem is i need to drop 1 more second off my lap times. or id be happy with .5 sec. I'm just as fast as the quicker guys down the straight and through the jumps. so i'm thinking my corner speed needs to be more.. anyone see anything wrong with my set-up? go to 0 hubs? more/less timing? i'm temping at 110 on motor/esc

indoor clay

whats everyone running for Castor blocks? 25 or 30? also what rear hubs? and toe block?
Get rid of the .5 degree rear hubs and go with .0 degree. It will make a difference in your lap times. the buggy will carry more speed threw out the corner.

you can save some $ and just get the b44 plastic hubs, they are .0

Double D's and Groovy's on indoor clay? What tires are the fast guys using? Indoor clay usually calls for tires more like Losi pink BK bars, HB pink Beams, PL MC or MX Suburbs, JC blue or gold Barcodes, Panther clay or supersoft Switches on the rear, and Losi Pink Taperpins, HB pink Fullslots, JC blue or gold Barcodes on the front. From there, you have to have the right insert, and the right amount of pin height on the tires to get them to hook up the best. Remember, tires (especially on indoor clay) are 80%+ of your setup. Get the right tires first, then tweak your setup to your driving style.

Yeah Bar Codes seem to be the standard for indoor clay tracks. If they're not working I would try the Panther Switch 2.0 Clay or the Hot Bodies Beams in Pink. The Panthers hook up like crazy.

Default B4 or B4.1??

Hey all, I'm looking to get back into this RC thing, and I like the buggies. Since the B4.1 has been released, a lot of people are selling factory team B4's for dirt cheap! My question, is has anyone noticed a major difference when switching from a B4 to a B4.1? Have your lap times decreased at all? Any noticeable difference in durability? Thanks!

First thing I see wrong is your timing...6000-50000!?!

Try 5000 to 20000. Your 13.5 will never see 30,000 rpm on 2S.

I'm suprised your running that hot aswell. Mines temping 90 degs with 40 degs of boost using a RS/13.5 Orion with the same gearing. Stepped up to a 32 pinion for next weekend, see where I'm at after that.

Proline Scrubs are the hot front tire locally atm...I'm running Holeshots on the rear of mine, I've tried Switches Clay/Soft, blue Barcodes, M3 Calipers, green Goosebumps so far...
