Hello....I'm on here just not as much as I want to be. I'll be at the track on Saturday(11/19) from about noon on till racing is over. Not hard to find...big guy wearing the AE/JConcepts gear.

my b4.1 has never broken an axle pin, but my 17.5 sc10 has broken 2, never again since i put on the jc hex conversion. however my 10.5 sc10 broke one even with the hexes, the worst part is that it was during a battle for 1st in the a main. i ordered the FT solid axle pins for both my sc10s so that never happens again, hopefully.

yep thats the one, i was losing power and thought it was dumping too, which was highly unlikely since i run the xcelorin 60c 6000mah batts. i thought going hexes would bulletproof the rollpins, but apparently not. i did pick this sc10 up used though, so who knows how many miles were on the rollpin already. solid pins should be a lot better, i should have them today.

ThunderbirdJunkie snapped an MIP CVD back in the day on his B2. Still not sure what happened there
Still never broken an axle pin, though. Only time the pin got stripped out was using JConcepts wheels, at least for ThunderbirdJunkie.

Can anyone here tell me if the JC concepts Hi-Flow body will fit on my body even tho I have a tall ESC(Mamba Max Pro)?
The wedges on both sides of the body donnot seem to give much room for a big ESC.

But there's still a pin driving the hex...soo...not sure how this translates into more durable? Maybe somebody can explain?

Get it. There are pretty much no circumstances under which it doesn't help stabilize this car and give you a more predictable ride!
On another note, it seems to me that the team drivers are using the shorty packs to get the setup a lot closer to what we all had before the 8mm chassis came into our lives!
Am I right?
