I am going to try them on all 4 wheels and see how they do.

No, please refer to either the instructions for the big bores or the first post of this thread for any questions.

Those proline ion tires sorta look like suburbs a little. They look to be a great tire for my indoor clay track. Would love to try them out, but out of stock everywhere >_>

On a worlds kit with V2's probably not, but for me going from RTR shocks to BB... It gave me a lot more options for setup and stopped my chassis slapping with those BB springs.

is the MIP diff worth buying? http://miponline.com/store/mip09130.html it's the same price as the associated but the lhs only has a mip in stock. will check back on this thread in the pm monday for advise. I don't want to go buying something that doesn't work right

and is there anything I will have to modify for it to work?

I have used both and to be honest, the MIP did seem a little smoother but it could be that I spent a little more for so I am trying to convince myself. The only thing I can offer is it wont be a mistake buying it.

Depends on track and driving style too. My track is a tight indoor track with a couple decent sized jumps and for me while the Big Bores made my car A LOT more plush it also did not suit my driving style. To me it made the car TOO plush. I went back to V2 with the Big Bore springs. I would recommend you try that since you will need to buy the Springs anyway even if you get the Big Bore shocks. Get the soft springs kits for both front and back, Traxxas uppers and AE lowers and see how you like it. If you need more then get the Big Bore and you are only out about 6.00 for the Traxxas uppers since you can use the springs and lower with the AE Big Bores.

not at all. I know MIP makes quality stuff. I simply want one that drops in without the need for other stuff to make it work.
been getting into a few other things that seem to go this way and it's getting old really quick.

found another post where someone said the mip diff was different and he ended up needing different driveshafts because his kept falling out. and other post about needing a different trans housing for it too. so I am skeptical lol
