It's super grip at the moment as the track is damp. So same color front and rear even if they're different batches?

They probably won't provide you with the exact composition of the plastic. Perhaps you could find different lists of plastic's available, what they are made up of, and use that for your paper. Or you could always do a taste test if you have done so already. Good luck!

Been using the V1 RED on high grip, you can compare the difference between V1 & V2 spring sets on www.avidrc.com

may be off topic but.... with the indoor season approaching... lets talk about traction compound.

im down to only a couple of bottles of zip free left. i'm surprised to see that everyone is still on backorder. which leads me to believe that trinity has discontinued it?

what are the alternatives?

Question on front hex conversion for the the B4.1

My car is new and I built it with the AE hex conversion knuckles & axles, with JCon hex adapters, and I have one side that when you tighten the wheel there is a decent amount of bind on one side. The other I can tighten very tight and it rolls fine, the other, it drags.

Ive heard of others with the problem, they just run the wheel on one side not as tight. I would rather just fix / solve the problem but really can't find anything that jumps out as the issue.

Wondered if others might be seeing the same thing or have a fix?

Unless everyone there has to use something...you could try to set the car the car up to work with some sort of tires that don't require traction compound. Traction compound does turn even closed cells into "mush" after a while of using it. Nothing worse than having a set of kicks that still have good tread on them, but now feel like flats because of repeated "saucing"

I was wanting to know this samequestion a while back to try to make my own. I was able to order 3 bottles of zip grip 2 but have been playing with other sauces. i had some paragon 2 that worked fairly well but a tad messy and wasnt as stuck to the track and requires a much longer time on the tires then the zip grip 2 i was using. The main difference i noticed between the two were my car rotated more and was less edgy with the paragon. I still need to try the paragon in the black bottle.

Edit: im using gold v1 barcodes
