No, it comes with 30 degree blocks. They are actually GT2 blocks.

Default shocks

Hey guys
I just finished building my b4.1 and bought some vcs2 shock caps.
Have u guys run them before and what do u think of them ? i was told with the foam inserts and bladders in that it does not handle the bumps as well but they feel really nice but i have not tried them yet.
What do u guys think
Also is the body any good that comes with the kit or should i buy something else, what is everybody running.i have heard the team Azarashi body is not bad.
cheers.

I ran the VCS2 shock caps for a while, but it was also still a little tricky to get the shocks to be the same. The bleeder caps are the way to go in my opinion.

JConcepts uses what seems to be a thicker lexan on their stuff, so they hold up a bit better, but there is nothing wrong with pro-line body that comes with the kit.

I just converted mine and the gear cover still fits. The spring is huge!

i've been running them for the last month and they have yet to start leaking! they do feel harder than the stock o-rings and have some "sticktion" when you build the shocks, but i can't tell the difference when the shocks are mounted on the car or on the track.

i've also tried a 50A durometer buna-n o-ring, and those feel just like the stock silicone o-rings, but started leaking after about 5 runs. i've got about 20 runs on the quad rings so far with no leaks

btw, this is in the v1 shocks. i plan to also put them in the v2 shocks though.

Now that's the kind of well educated response I like to read! Thanks RA, I'm going to try and arrange for some of these to try out. Thanks!

I have not had a chance to build my B4.1 yet, but looking at the parts and what you get for the money I think AE did a great job on this kit. More upgrades and yet the price did not go up.

Have you found anyone selling the V2 shocks yet? I need to rebuild my B44 shocks but hate to do so if I can just buy new shock instead.

Amain has the fronts in stock, but the rears are yet to arrive.

Most places have the front V2 Shocks (.89), but the rears have yet to show up anywhere.

Is there a noticeable difference between the 2 slippers? I mean the way it works, when driving?

Hi Ray,

I've just finished put my B4.1 FT together in time for the WAORMA Challenge. I may need a setup so I can kick Mr Robin's ass. It's been a while since I've driven a RC10.
