Helps increase the roll stiffness without altering spring rate, similar to adjusting the roll center up by lowering the link location down on the inside. The only time I've ever used them was while oval racing but some folks use them all the time.

Hey guys Ive got the assoc hex set up coming for my truck...Ive done some reading but havent found a CLEAR answer. What wheels are going to work? Assoc 4x4? Thats what I ordered . I have some tires on J concepts slash 4x4 wheels....are they the same offset? Thanks for any help.

Jconcepts Rulux is what I use on 2w and 4w.

the ae ones are fine, the slash is off set more it will be wider but should work

Quickstang 08-06-2011 08:28 PM

I have the tense wheels I used on the K truck I had. when the ae 4x 4 wheels get here I will measure the two offsets and post. I think a little wider will be good but not so much as to hit the body. Ran my FT s10 friday for the first time after running the SCR for a few months....I like the sc10. More forward bite and really liked being driven hard. Not quite as good on the choppy section....but im working on that now. The Sc10 has more forward bite but great steering as well....great balance. Had a base set up from messing with a buds sc10....that truck is to blame for my change! haha

Fun to drive, aren't they. My son is probably annoyed that I drive his all the time instead of my B4.

Are the hex wheels supplied with the RS model interchangeable with ProLine ProTrac wheels (same hex and offset)?

i would imagine if its for the sc10 then they should be

I'm looking for a gear differential (new or used), if anyone has one to sell please PM me. Thanks

So what is everyone doing for front hex conversions? I already have the rears but I would Like to be able to rotate tires. Is proline the only option for front hex? I just don't like that it uses different steering blocks. I also don't see the hubs listed anywhere without the kit. Would suck to have to buy a whole kit just to have spare steering blocks. Thanks guys.

search for SC10 RS parts, the RS runs a front and rear hex...

Hmmm ok cool. I just started running the ae truck so had no idea. Is there a parts list anywhere of what parts are needed to convert. Thanks guys

The parts can be ordered from the AE website. The part numbers needed are ASC9880, 9881, 9882 and 9883. Mine are in transit and will be here on Tues. I can't wait. I have been waiting on these for 2 months now

Awesome thanks so much bud. One last question. For the axle is it 2 per pack or 1? Just want to know if i have to order 2 packages to get a set
