Finally got off my arse and painted my shell. Copied the design from a pic I found of a Pred owned by a Paul Robinson.

I can't imagine why your CVDs are bent like that Trap. I've never seen a bent cvd from a factory in my life. Mine are straight as arrows.

Make sure you show that video to TD, I'm sure that will convince them something is wrong especially since both of them are bent.

Nice paint job. Iam waiting for my to get painted. I ordered an extra body that I used some cans on to get me by.

I attached that video to the email I sent. I thought the diff might have been off or something was off. Just finished putting it all back together and they still wobble There is no doubt that the buggy is high quality but getting 2 bent cva's straight out of the box makes me a little irritated. Hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow.

quick tip for all DEX drivers.

replace the factory wheel roll pins in the axle as they break under the stress. Get some solid steel pins and you wont have any 3 wheel drive issues...

1.7mmx10mm will pit perfectly.

It's out of stock right now. You can email them and ask them when it will be back in stock.

Umm pretty much anywhere. Every hobby store online, direct from most manufacturers online (Novak, Trinity, etc), Ebay, even your local hobby store will probably have one in stock (and if not they can definitely order one from any one of the dozens of manufacturers who make them).

I'm pretty sure TD will stand by their products and will work with you to set you straight (excuse the pun)...

BEAUTIFUL buggies... I'm extremely jealous of all you DEX owners...

Does anyone here see a problem with the diff outdrives not being ballraced throught the diff casing? The problem I see is that the outdrives might wobble around and wear the "x seal" quicker than if they were supported. Some have already complained about the diffs leaking throught the outdrive openings even though you'd imagine with the super duper "x seal" this wouldn't happen. Perhaps the lack of an outdrive bearing is the reason?
