Any word on a new body for the MBX7eco?? I know you had said a while back that the Silencer was coming for e-buggys but never really said what platforms would be first.

The Mugen is being worked on now ;)

I just bought a brand new Jconcepts 4PK TX bag for my 4PKS-R and the bag don't seem to accomodate the transmitter with the drop-down attached.

Very clearly, the wheel create a slight bulge when zipped close, showing the bag is just not deep enough to accommodate the TX.

Is there a fix for this?
I will have to look into this, we haven't had any issues.

Is there plans for 12mm 4wd fronts? More cars with that size than the 44 size. Also any plans for a bmax4 body?
Not at this time.

centro rear bulkheads???????? Whats the deal on these????? Whats the firm realease date??
They are being made now and are still on schedule for the end of the month as posted before.

My b4.2 could use a carbon fiber rear shock tower.
No plans for a rear tower.

Anybody get the wrong decals with your T4.2 Finnisher body? I didn't check the decals before painting the body. I bought the body specifically just for those grills/headlights...sigh.

Kinda going along with the Ebuggy bodies I believe there is a pic on the TLR3.0e thread of the new body. Any kind of release date coming soon? :-)))

The body is finished and press release should be up any day now. The part number is 0245 and they are being run now.

Sorry for the mix-up, please contact us directly and we can get you the new one. I just checked all inventory and the prepacked decal packs and they are all correct.

Also double check your sheet; we did update the decal sheet to include all the Finnisher truck bodies, so it does look different than the original with added lights, grills, etc.

I ran the Finnisher body with the 3.1 and no fan. I never bothered to try it with the fan but I'd expect it to either touch or be so close that it'd choke off the fan.

I ran it with a 7.5 and a 17.5, never had any heat issues even down here in FL.

Cold temps are here, and our dry traction completely disappears after the sun goes down. Wanting to try a set of black hybrids, 1/8th buggy...

My experience with a really soft tire though, is that the lugs are too squirmy, so all the traction potentially gained from the soft rubber is lost with the lack of support in the lug.

How do the black hybrids do in this regard?

We have a race coming up this weekend and the mains are gong to be run at night, temps in the 50s. Looking for an edge :)

The black compound normally does very well in those exact conditions as that is what they are designed for ;). Keep in mind that the reason you are going to a softer compound is the cold weather is firming up the rubber; so a black compound is actually going to feel/act a little firmer and not be so squirmy .

I'll give them a shot... and let you guys know.

Here is a track that is high-bite blue groove during the day, but gets really slick at night in the cold weather. They just had a trophy race and the top 3 all used Black compound. The winner (yellow car) used Black Jackets and 2nd & 3rd Hybrids :)

+ YouTube Video

Talking 1/8 buggy and 4wd SCT, what tires are the best all around for outdoor dirt tracks? Not blue groove clay but hard packed dirt with a layer of dust outside the "groove"? I'm looking for something that is good for east coast dirt (think LCRC and tracks like Motorama indoors)

Awesome. I have a set on the way. Good to see they will go 30 minutes.

What is the temperature point for reference to think about going from green to black?
