Some people seem to do so, others don't.

I've found them to be stronger and slop doesn't develop as quickly; not to say the 6 series ones are weak. However, the B5 cups can contact the wheel with some low ride height setups as they are larger in diameter. I think they are good to have on hand if you have durability issues with the 6 series cups and they are also popular to install on other vehicles like the EB410.

Default Front tie rod gap for toe

I have been searching for the turnbuckle gap for the link to get 1or 2 or 3 degree of toe out for the front. Anyone know? I used to just eye it but i am sure there's a more precise way. Thanks a bunch. On Dustins Evans set up sheet 27.2mm is 0 degree.

There are too many variables to take into account for a fixed mm value, e.g. ride height, bumpsteer, spacers, tolerances. If you want to precisely adjust toe to a specific value, you'll probably have to buy an off-road set-up system by Hudy or Arrowmax.
Considering the amount of play and wheel flex, I think adjusting toe to approximate values is good enough for off-road cars.

Am I missing something, but is my thinking that using the roll bar to control roll let's you use a lighter springs over a bumpy surface. I can get carpet when there are no bumps you can up the spring to control roll as there are no bumps to consider. I appear to be out of step, what am i missing?
Well had a chance to try out grey v2 springs all around and while it handled the bumps better it was just too twitchy and hard work to drive. Changed back to blue springs all around and was much easier to drive.

Default Lightweight drivetrain with gear diff

This probably been asked, but I can't find anything about it... what would be the lightweight drivetrain components that can be used with the gear diff on turf? Is it just the bi-metal dogbones and the direct drive?

Anyone have some set ups for the x factor motor on large clay track (OCRC). Looking for timing and hearing. Ran out of the box timing at 51 degrees and 72/27-28. Liked it but wondering if anyone as more experience with these motors as this was just with one day running the motor. Thanks in advance.

a lot. probably around 100 bucks to build a complete second gearbox. your best bet is to go on ebay and look for deals on parts. lots of guys buying kits and parting them out on ebay. prices are about half of what they are normally.
