So.. Where are the parts? I'm looking for B6 front hubs, and they seem to be rarer than hens teeth.

Not sure if you'd settle for a whole front end bundle of parts, but this is in stock:

The 6.1 hubs are the same and sold as a whole set.
Here is the part number for the b6.1 parts ASC91776.

Correct, I don't think they sell the hubs by themselves anymore. It is cheap enough just to buy the tree with all the parts on it.

My local hobbyshop probably has 4-5 packs of front caster blocks for the B6 last time I needed some.

My LHS does not stock anything but Traxxas junk and thinks its the best in the world. he says he can order whatever I want but if I have to make 2 trips there and wait 3-4 day I might as well order online. The HS at the one track we race at does carry some parts that might be needed for quick fixes in case something breaks while racing which is nice, but some stuff you would still have to order.

Protek 160ss servo. When mounting: servo spacers or no spacers? Thanks

No spacers. If you put them in it will push the servo too far forward.

Yes, you could. I don’t think it’s worth the cost, though. The car runs great with the stock, steel driveline.

If you want to use some of your existing parts I would agree with Davidka. However, if you want to build it and just drop it in you will need the following:
91419 Diff Gear
6575 Diff Thrust Bolt Parts
6581 Carbide Diff Balls
6582 Diff Spring
7666 Diff Drive Rings
31400 Bearings, 5x8x2.5 mm

You could buy 7677 Diff Rebuild Kit which would replace 7666, 6582, and 6575.

I think that is everything that is needed.

I believe there are even a few NIP B6.1 diff kits in the for sale section on this forum, so you could get them for less that way.
