Hi Guys,

I've just watched the weather report for tomorrow & it seems there is a chance we might get rained out on Saturday night.

We will race on Sunday 09.11.08 (the next day) if we do get rained out.

Nominations for 08.30am, racing to start at 09.30am.

This will only be if we get rained out.

I know Sunday doesn't suit everyone but it's our only option.

Regards
Martin

Lipo cut outs are required under general rules for Lipos.

Soft cell Lipos can be run if on the 2008 interclub list.

I'll have entries forms available tonite and tomorrow at the track

Post Website - Off road ONLY

Not sure who can answer this but will ask -

The club website is promoting the Meakin Masters.

Shouldn't we promote the next event at the club? Which would be the On-road Gas/Mini event???

It seems that the website is a off-road ONLY? when it is meant to represent both parts of the club??

I think that there is only an off-road rep maintaining this. Would it not be best to have a on-road rep to be able to upload things as well???

If someone is willing to make up the advertising material (and it doesnt look to tacky) i am always willing to add it to the website.

From day one of doing the website i asked constantly for material relating to the on road. I think Ash was the only person to respond.

I hope that this clears up the lack of on road material for you. Any questions please PM me

I have sent links to pictures to be used for on-road a few times and yet to get a response or see them up.

I would think a link to the entry form would at least be a start.

Can I suggest that an on-road person also be given the ability to change the website. That way we are not relying on just one person.

I have never recieved links to photos to be used which would be why there was no response.

Should you wish anything to be placed onto the website please e-mail me the Photo's (not just links). Please PM for e-mail address.

If you wish the entry form placed onto the site please have Shane or Martin e-mail it to me. The Comittee are aware that anything they require on the website they should contact me after uploading to the site.

I will look into getting someone access so that on road can have more control over what they have on there.

This website is done for free and i do not always have the time to go chasing the information. Thank you for your understanding

Once again, any problems please PM me.
