Hi Guys,

Heres an updated entry list with the notable absense of Clinton.

I've spoken to him & he has admitted that he has pulled out because he can't handle the pressure of trying to beat Lars.

To anyone thinking about buying his car, it's a brand new X-Ray NT-1 with all the good stuff. It would be a terrific car to win the ORCCA State Gas Title with.

Paul Fahey
Martin Nichols
Lars Karlsson
Chance Karlsson

Scott Harris
Dominic Fahey
Kahla Scott
Rob Jones
Shane Hyde
Rex Creed
Dave Guyatt
Adrian Beggs
Simon Meusburger
Stuart Pearson
Peter Boorman

There don't seen to be many Wynnum drivers entered, it's a State Title guys why don't you come & play?

Regards
Martin

Storm "What Storm" Ten minutes tops, a little rain, a bit of wind, A good light show all the same. Just enough to wash the track.

200000 people affected and apparently the worst storm in ten years

apparently the roof lifted off the sub station at brendale which is what caused the damage. Lots of expensive equipment in there

Hi Martin,

Can someone provide me with some info on the protable gazebo/shade structures that everyone seems to have for big events? The ones that fold up in about 30 seconds flat.... i.e. Where do you get them, how much, are there good and bad ones, etc etc.

Thanks a bunch.

Scott.

The one I have is 2.2x2.2 m so its a bit bigger than some of the others getting around and it was $120 from anaconda, which is on the dear end but it has stainless bolts and nyloc nuts instead of pop rivets and it seems alot stronger.

They can be had for around $50 though I beleive

After trying a few on the market and wrecking some pretty quick this brand has lasted the longest.

just make sure you have a mate to help you fold it away as thats when you can do the most damage to em.

when you wreck 3-4 of the "cheap" ones you might as well of spent $100 on a decent one...
