The racing was excellent, the weather was perfect, the track got better as the day went on, the REVO's dominated again, Team REVO 1st and 2nd. First place in Truggy, Buggy and Monster Truck went to MORRCC members, with a former Team REVO member moving into Truggy and dominated all day. Big thanks to Mark from Massive Mods for the GO engines and HB444 fuel and to Glenn for hosting another great day.
Congrats Joe and Team Revo ! awesome win ! and Castlemaine is agreat track too ! loved it there ! Cheers MM |
Gday Mark, Just finished putting 3 litres through the GO 21 5 port and OMFG, people that have seen it have said its the fastest truggy they've seen. It idles perfect, runs perfect, what can I say. I've been using HB444 fuel and it rocks. Cant wait to start racing it.

love my new 3 port racing it`s only 3 tanks and i already know it`s one of the the better one`s,im very impressed with quality of the finish on the crank, sleeve and port work, but im a bit puzzled with the extremely tight fit of the removal of the piston and rod:weird:.i coupled it with the ttr 2035 for even more bottom end to get up enough power to hit our massive modded;) jumps we have up here at the valley raceway:Dand i am very confident of going into a 4 day race this week with this donk (thinking of buying another one with that new go pipe cant think of the number rite now:o)anyway every one give the new go 3 pt racing a go you wont turn back:nod:

ah!just one mark im a bit scared to get the piston out but i cant see any other way is there a trick to getting the piston out :weird:the sleave came straight out and with the crank at tdc i still couldn`t get the rod of the crank:cry:can you help please mark
Well it is a very tight fit . What you can do is run about a litre through the engine to loosten it a little . Or you can get a cable tie around the rod and pull the front of the crank while turning it gently .. Mind you if you dont know how you can damage the bushing .. Is there any reason why you want to take the engine apart ? |
i like to inspect and polish every litre or so thanks for the advise mark pity you didnt get up for our state titles:)
|
Would have loved to but am wayyyy too busy .. one day ill make it up there !
