I can get about 25% but its very hard to get the shocks to that. Ive so far drilled a hole in the top which has helped abit.
There's two things you can do with the standard shocks to get minimal rebound. The first is to push the shock shaft in before you screw the top cap on.

If there's still too much rebound you can bleed the shocks by unscrewing the bottom cap and then slowly push the shock shaft in again. This should get rid of a bit of excess oil.

Cheers, Ive spent some serious hours to night getting them right.

In the end I drilled a 1.2mm hole in the top. Remove the foam. Fill shock all the way with 350 oil with 3 hole pistons. Leave the shaft all the way out and put the cap on. Then just spent ages bleeding them.

Got them to about 10% rebound which I think will be a nice feel. I swear my 009 alloy shocks weren't this hard. My photon is done in 30mins with 10%.

This is generally the method that I use, but another thing making it difficult to get less rebound is the fact that the piston/shaft can hit the standard "deep" bladder when fully compressed.

I recommend trying to get your hands on some of the new shallow bladders that have just been released with the t3'11 and give those a shot
