Yep crabboy I have the white gasket and what are X rings. Thanks for the help.
Elliot why do you prefer a lower wind motor with no boost.

Wow fast motors, our track is mid size and the popular choice here is a 5t LRP occta wind, again with no boost.
One question for you Elliot can you make the cars drive out of corners better/less wheel spin through car set up, if we were to use a 4t it would wheel spin from one corner to the next, what's your tips.
Our track is medium traction def not high traction.

I had found the Tweak Problem, at the upper deck i had at the front and the rear one nose superglue what is left over from the seal. This nose pressed against the Bulkheads and make the tweak. I had make the ending polish and the tweak is away. I had search this problem over two weaks, I have the car set up 3 times before i found the Problem, I shame
Come you to the ETS in Apeldoorn???

I find that normally, no boost software with a lower wind motor has a smoother feeling than boost.
However, maybe you can try both as my Orion speedo has a turbo feature on the mod software which I use
@crabboy
For a small track, an LRP 5.0 should be ok
you can make the car drive better out of corners by using a little more rear toe (like 3.5) but then you will lose a little steering in the corner. It can be important to make sure the car isnt too overpowered You could also turn the speedo punch down maybe so that the bottom end feeling is softer but still with good top speed.
@kiloolli

Unfortunately I can't make the ETS Netherlands as I have many exams. But I will be in Andernach if you are there?

Yes I´m in Andernach, but only Saturday and Sunday, at Friday my Son leaves the School and we have Party and Saturday we have Party in Andernach. My way to Andernach has 80Km, I drove with Marc and Toni since they were very young.
Best Regards

Hello,
I am quite happy with the Spec-R Diffs. Only one out of 4 is leaking a little bit.
When there are traction problems, I am hardening the rear oil to approx 1000cst. Last weekend I drove 1000cst with a 5.0 octa, and it felt quite good.
Anyway, I am also waiting for the Tamiya Diffs. I think they will be a little bit earlier available than the revised kits.
See you in Apeldoorn!

Yes HPI springs are a little bit bigger then the tamiya spings. There is a fix for it Tamiya has new Larger Diameter Retainers. Part number 42192

Im still waiting on my spings. This is what Kendal wrote
I've tested the HPI silver spring today, I noticed a little more speed in high speed corner, nothing more, nothing less. Well, seems to be better anyway, so I keep them
In medium speed corner, the rear end tends to slip, any tips ? Box set up, 1,5° rear camber, HPI spring.
Thanks

i's still new in TC... need to know this...
1. about electronic configuration, why not place the ESC after servo (from front to rear) then receiver? i think placing more front will give better weight distribution and car more stable... (hope elliot also can give some comment)
2. elliot... what u mean by power steering?
thanc for reply
